In this 6-week course, students will observe and draw everyday objects, while learning essential drawing skills of texture and value.

Perfect for beginners who want to improve their observation skills and creativity at the same time.

Tired of drawing alone at the kitchen table or getting distracted at home?

Join the Rolleston Sketch Club—a small, dedicated studio group (max 10 people) designed for community, focus, and creative flow.

What’s waiting for you in the studio:

  • Reference Library: Full access to my collection of art books and anatomy references.

  • Creative Sparks: Stuck for an idea? I have free prompt cards and fun project suggestions available on request.

  • Support: I’m always on hand for tips or a quick "over-the-shoulder" critique if you’re hitting a roadblock.

The Details:

  • BYO Materials: Bring your own sketchbook and preferred media (pencils, charcoal, etc.) and settle in.

  • Format: 90-minute casual sessions. Book up to 8 weeks in advance to secure your seat.

Introduction price for the first 3 months:

  • $12.50 per casual class (payable via bank transfer or cash)
